CBRE is a commercial real estate company with headquarters in Los Angeles, California. CBRE is the leasing agent for the M&B Building at 201 East 57th Street in Manhattan. The four-story glass building was completed in 2013, covers 30,000 square feet, and houses retail tenants.
PAR Heating & Air Conditioning, a division of The PAR Group, will disconnect the existing condenser water chemical piping and install the building’s chemical company’s PVC sensor manifold piping. We will furnish and install all pipe fittings in addition to opening isolation valves and leak checking the new work at CBRE.
