200 West Street, also known as the Goldman Sachs Tower, is the global headquarters of the Goldman Sachs investment banking firm. The building is a 749-foot-tall, 44-story tower that is adjacent to the World Financial Center and the Conrad Hotel. Construction started in 2005 and was completed in 2010. The building is expected to have around 9000 employees.
PAR Plumbing, a division of The PAR Group, will demo water closets, lavatories, urinals, sinks, a drinking fountain and appliances at 200 West Street for Goldman Sachs.
