In light of the LL26 deadline that is quickly approaching (July 2019), Par Fire Protection is currently finishing up required sprinkler installations in all existing spaces at 50 Broadway, NYC.
Par Fire Protection has surveyed and installed sprinklers throughout existing conditions in tenant space, bathrooms, closets, elevator lobbies, and mechanical rooms.
This was inclusive of a special service fire pump being installed on the 37th floor to provide adequate pressure to the upper most floors.
All work to be completed to meet LL26 deadlines are met.
