Located between 53rd & 54th Streets, this building houses the largest New York exchange of AT&T Long Lines. This project included the rigging and field erection of two 800 ton centrifugal chillers, their associated chilled and condenser water pumps, sand filter system, variable frequency drives, and the associated piping. The PAR Group worked with Ahearn & Holtzman on this project that was completed in October 2011.
