MTA’s executive offices are located at 2 Broadway, an office building at the South end of Broadway, near Bowling Green Park in New York City. 2 Broadway was home to the Produce Exchange Building before it was demolished in 1957. It was replaced by a 32-story tower constructed in 1958-1959. Renovations were made to the building in 1999.
PAR Heating & Air Conditioning , a division of The PAR Group, will be installing a new water cooled air conditioning unit with an external steam coil to serve the MTA mailroom. The installation will also include a new steam air curtain to create an air seal that will separate the MTA mailroom environment from the outside environment.
