1211 6th Avenue (also known as the News Corp. Building) is a skyscraper in the heart of New York City. Par Fire Protection, a division of The Par Group, will install over 200 new concealed heads and over 750 new upright heads with new 3″ mains and a total of 3 new connections, 1 new connection per existing floor control valve assembly.
Other services provided by our Par Plumbing division consist of furnishing and installing 32 water closets, 38 lavatories, 6 urinals, 2 showers, 4 electric water coolers, 9 sinks, 17 filters, 8 floor drains, 10 hot water heaters, 10 solenoid valves, rough and connection of 34 appliances. We will also supply 10 leak detection and 200 feet of hot water and 1 controller along with demoing 28 fixtures. A temporary bathroom with 10 toilets, 2 sinks with 4 drain line clean out services is also being provided as well as an x-ray slab.
