The Colgate Palmolive Building, located at 300 Park Avenue, is a 25-floor office building with a 14-story base. It was constructed in 1955 and reaches a height of 328 feet. The building is directly across from the Waldorf-Astoria and four blocks from the Grand Central Terminal. In 1998, major renovations were made which included a new lobby, tenant-controlled HVAC system, upgraded elevators, new electrical system and state-of-the-art fire alarm system.
