The Empire State Building is a 102-story skyscraper located in midtown Manhattan. It reaches a height of 1,250 feet. With the tip of the antenna spire, it stands at 1,454 feet. It was the world’s tallest building for nearly 40 years until the original World Trade Center was built in late 1970. It became the tallest building again in New York after September 11 until One World Trade Center was built in 2012. The Empire State Building is considered an American cultural icon.
PAR Heating & Air Conditioning, a division of The PAR Group, will furnish and install an HVAC system consisting of piping, ductwork, insulation, controls, and CRAC units. A dry cooler, welding of the generator exhaust and brazing will also be performed.
