The company owns and manages over six million square feet of commercial office and retail spaces and has developed thousands of luxury residences. Its building at 485 Madison Avenue was constructed in 1929, has 25 floors and total size of 305,675 square feet.
PAR Plumbing, a division of The PAR Group, will provide labor, material and equipment to cut, remove and replace a galvanized storm leader from the bottom of the 16th floor up to the middle of the 17th floor.
