The Mark Hotel is a 16 story hotel with 42 apartments and 118 hotel rooms. This building is a complete gut and transformation of an already existing building to a mixed use building with commercial kitchens and a hair salon. The PAR Group is installing 8″ sewers, 6″ combines, water fire service, 6″ double check valves, 3″ water meter, 3″ RPZ, 10 floor drains, 8 water closets, 8 lavs, 2 double electric water coolers, 2 hot water heaters, 14 roof-overflow drains, a water booster pump, 2 duplex sump pumps, an elevator pump and 2 non-freeze wall hydrants.
