New construction of a four story residence hall. The project included a new boiler, air cooled split chiller, roof top AC units, perimeter fan coils for the dorm rooms, BMS to tie-into the campus system and associated duct systems. The PAR Group worked with Damon Douglas on this project which is scheduled to be completed in May 2012.
