Ogilvy and Mather moved its headquarters to 636 11th Avenue in 2009 after two decades at Worldwide Plaza. This 11-story, 554,800 square foot building was constructed in 1913 and originally housed the Auerbach Chocolate Factory. It features high ceilings, Hudson River views and a courtyard. In 2008, major renovations were done to modernize the building and to accommodate Ogilvy and Mather’s space requirements.
PAR Plumbing, a division of The PAR Group, will disconnect and remove a 10-gallon electric water heater located above the pantry ceiling. PAR Plumbing will also furnish and install a new heater of equal capacity.
