Paramount Group manages Paramount Plaza, a 48-story skyscraper on Broadway in New York City that houses two Broadway theatres. In 2007 it was listed as number 46 on the list of tallest buildings in New York City. Its floor area covers 2,241,000 square feet.
PAR Heating & Air Conditioning, a division of The PAR Group, will cut and cap chilled water piping for the removal of supplemental units. We will also be cutting and capping duct and installing new isolation dampers for Paramount Group.
