Pearson is the world’s largest education company. Their office is located at 330 Hudson Street. Plans for developing the building began in 2011 with the agreement by Beacon Capital Partners to transform the building into a 350,000 square-foot finished office space with retail space at the base. The plans included restoration of the façade of the existing eight-story building and creation of a new eight-story addition.
The PAR Group’s Fire Protection Department installed 2 new concealed heads, 4 new upright heads with new branch piping and new connections to the existing main.
