Par Plumbing installed a new 6″ fire water service as part of building compliance to NYC DOB Local Law 26 of 2004, which requires office buildings of 100 feet or more in height to be fully sprinklered within 15 years (no later than July 1, 2019). This work was inclusive of upgrading all three existing domestic and fire water service backflow prevention devised and modernization of the water meter sets for readability compliance to NYC DEP. Lastly, Par Plumbing replaced all control shut-off valves and associated piping prior to building distribution systems.
