The W.R. Grace Building, located at 1114 6th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, was constructed in 1971 and renovated in 2001. It has 49 floors and covers 1,557,830 square feet. Its façade slopes up from the base of the building to give it a unique and distinguished look. It is conveniently located across from Bryant Park and the New York Public Library.
PAR Fire Protection, a division of The PAR Group, will cut and cap the existing main for demolition. We will install temporary upright heads and temporary loop to protect the core egress areas.
