William Macklowe split from his father’s company in 2010 and took 400 Madison Avenue and 610 Broadway to form the William Macklowe Company. 400 Madison Avenue is a 22-story office building with retail stores that was constructed in 1929. It reaches a height of 241 feet. Macklowe would eventually sell both properties in 2012.
PAR Plumbing, a division of The PAR Group, will assist William Macklowe Company with the FDNY required annual inspection of the fire protection system throughout the building.
